The Vine Collective was created from a simple vision— to provide a event space where people can gather, lead, and build what they’ve been called to, without the weight of doing it alone. 

In a world that often requires ownership before opportunity, this event space was designed to remove that barrier. A place where you can step in, show up, and begin—without the pressure, overhead, or complexity that can hold things back. 

More than just a rental space, The Vine is a shared environment rooted in faith, intention, and community. A place where meaningful community gatherings take place, gatherings are purposeful, and what you carry has room to grow. 

Whether you’re leading a group, hosting a workshop, meeting with clients, or creating something new, this space exists to support you.

To maintain The Vine Collective as a peaceful and welcoming  space for community gatherings, please adhere to the following event space guidelines: 

- Maximum guest count is 25 

- Parking available for up to 20 vehicles 

- Outside food is welcome 

- Alcohol is NOT permitted 

- Decorations must be damage-free and fully removed 

- Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster after use 

- Ensure the space is locked when you leave 

- Return the space as you found it 

When booking, please provide your expected headcount and intended use of the space.  

A door entry code will be provided 2 hours prior to your booking time. 

Depending on occupancy or event type, proof of liability insurance may be required, or a one-time event insurance policy may need to be purchased. For your convenience, we recommend providers such as Thimble: https://www.thimble.com

We’ve designed this co-op space to be calm, comfortable, and ready for you to lead, gather, and create with ease. Thank you for helping us maintain that experience for everyone.

Please note that each space is booked individually.

The Training room is located upstairs, and the living room is downstairs both spaces have separate entrances that are accessed from the front porch.

All Bookings are subject to both availability and approval by The Vine Collective. The Owner reserves the right to approve or deny any booking based on the intended use, number of guests, or alignment with space guidelines. Providing inaccurate or incomplete booking information may result in a cancellation without refund
